Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

WeSki is a fast‑growing self‑service ski‑trip booking platform that combines flights, accommodation, transfers, ski passes, equipment and lessons into a single, real‑time experience. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will shape the core product, ensuring it scales to millions of trip combinations while delivering a seamless user journey.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evolve full‑stack features with a focus on scalability, performance and maintainability.
• Lead complex technical initiatives from concept through production, making long‑term architectural decisions.
• Own production systems end‑to‑end, including monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimisation and incident resolution.
• Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews, automated testing, documentation and best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt modern development tools to improve productivity and system quality.
• Support and mentor other engineers, sharing knowledge and fostering team growth.

Required profile

• 10+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong focus on Node.js and React (Next.js experience is a plus).
• Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives in a startup environment.
• Hands‑on experience building and operating microservices‑based systems in production.
• Demonstrated ability to architect, deploy and maintain production‑grade cloud infrastructure.
