Senior Full-Stack Developer – Python, Java & React

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Full‑Stack Developer to join the Application team of our partner company. You will be responsible for building, refining and maintaining high‑performance web applications that enable clients to focus on data analysis rather than data collection.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise core features of the main product and internal admin interfaces, including user management and billing.
• Translate pixel‑perfect Figma designs into production‑ready React (or Next.js) front‑ends.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, another developer and the QA team to ensure seamless integration and high code quality.
• Design, implement and maintain secure back‑end services using Python and Java.
• Maintain and customise the company’s marketing website built on WordPress.
• Leverage AI‑powered development tools to accelerate delivery without sacrificing quality.

Required profile

• 8+ years of full‑stack development experience with a balanced focus on front‑end and back‑end.
• Strong expertise in React; experience with Next.js is a plus.
• Hands‑on proficiency in Python and Java for complex, sensitive architectures.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver pixel‑perfect UI from Figma designs.
• Practical experience maintaining and customizing WordPress sites.
• Team‑player mindset with a growth orientation and willingness to use AI tools.
