Solutions Architect

About the role

Snowflake is driving the era of the agentic enterprise and seeks AI‑native thinkers to reinvent how work gets done. As a Solutions Architect in Snowflake Services Delivery, you will guide customers through the Snowflake platform, leveraging AI as a trusted collaborator to deliver impactful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers as a trusted advisor, extracting business requirements and delivering well‑architected recommendations.
• Provide forward‑looking guidance, future‑state roadmaps, and best‑practice solutions to reduce implementation risk.
• Oversee and advise on Snowflake platform implementations, demonstrating technical leadership through code and architecture.
• Design, prototype, and implement end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions on Snowflake, ensuring scalability, performance, and MLOps governance.
• Drive adoption of Snowflake’s AI product suite (Cortex, Streamlit, Snowflake Intelligence) and coach customers on unlocking new business value.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of technical consulting experience, including leading analytics projects for large enterprises.
• Hands‑on experience implementing Snowflake‑centric solutions and operating large‑scale database technologies.
• Deep understanding of the full AI/ML lifecycle and modern MLOps tools.
• Proven experience developing generative AI and LLM use cases.
