Senior Digital Product Manager - SW Platform

About the role

CathWorks, part of Medtronic, develops digital health solutions that improve patient outcomes worldwide. The Senior Product Manager, SW Platform / Enablement leads the direction and roadmap for shared platform capabilities that help CathWorks solutions scale across cath labs, covering infrastructure, connectivity, cloud enablement, shared services and efficient clinical software development. You will partner with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, quality, regulatory, clinical, commercial and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for shared software platform capabilities and lead features for infrastructure, connectivity, cloud enablement, shared services and scalability
• Improve reuse, interoperability, development efficiency and technical sustainability, and balance near-term delivery with long-term architecture goals
• Own platform requirements from concept through release, defining user needs, acceptance criteria and release scope
• Prioritize and manage the platform backlog with Agile teams, supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement and feature acceptance, and track adoption, performance, risks and business impact
• Partner with engineering and architecture to define scalable, secure infrastructure, connectivity, data flow, integration and cloud services, and translate technical constraints into product trade-offs
• Represent the product in roadmap, Agile, design review and release readiness forums, and communicate platform direction to technical and non-technical audiences
• Document requirements and decisions according to quality, regulatory and cybersecurity standards, and contribute to roadmap governance and release reviews

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or a related technical field
• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering or related roles
• Experience delivering software products, platform capabilities, technical infrastructure initiatives or shared software services
• Full-time work from the Kfar Saba office

Required skills

• Working knowledge of software infrastructure, cloud technologies, APIs, connectivity solutions, data flows or modern software architectures
• Agile experience: backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritization and acceptance criteria
• Ability to translate technical concepts into product requirements, business value and stakeholder communications

Nice to have: medical device, digital health or regulated software experience, SaMD or cybersecurity knowledge, cloud platform or interoperability experience, distributed team experience, Scrum Product Owner certification or Agile product management training, and a Master's degree.
