Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

NextSilicon is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and operation of highly automated, scalable infrastructure for its cutting‑edge HPC and AI solutions. You will partner with engineering teams to ensure fast, reliable delivery of software to production and staging environments.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously improve DevOps tools, processes, and procedures.
• Build, maintain, and scale on‑premise and cloud Kubernetes environments for production and staging.
• Design and implement automation frameworks for continuous integration and continuous deployment.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot incidents across all environments.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to guarantee end‑to‑end quality.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose new infrastructure automation solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience designing infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines in a technology company.
• 3+ years of production experience with on‑premise or cloud Kubernetes.
• Proven leadership ability in a senior‑level DevOps or SRE role.

Required skills

• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD.
• Programming languages: Python, Golang.
• Infrastructure‑as‑code: Terraform, Ansible.
• Linux administration and networking (TCP/IP, HTTP).
• Monitoring and logging stacks: ELK/EFK, Prometheus, Grafana, kube‑prometheus.
• Kubernetes orchestration and automation.
