Senior AFFERA™ Therapy Account Consultant

About the role

The Senior AFFERA™ Therapy Account Consultant provides advanced clinical and technical support for electrophysiology procedures using Medtronic's AFFERA™ Mapping and Ablation System and related Cardiac Ablation Solutions. The role works closely with physicians and EP lab staff to optimise workflows, support technology adoption and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinical and technical support during EP procedures involving AFFERA™ Mapping and Ablation System, PulseSelect, Cryo system and associated disposables.
• Provide product education, in‑service training and procedural guidance to physicians and lab personnel.
• Support system installation, implementation and adoption in collaboration with technical and commercial partners.
• Develop and promote advanced clinical workflows to enhance procedural efficiency.
• Troubleshoot clinical and technical issues with Field Service Engineers and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Medical or Biomedical Engineering or a scientific discipline.
• Minimum 3 + years of clinical electrophysiology experience, including 2 + years of independent mapping procedure support.
• Ability to obtain and maintain hospital vendor credentialing and travel as required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AFFERA™ Mapping and Ablation System.
• Familiarity with PulseSelect system and Cryo system.
• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Technical troubleshooting of EP equipment.
