Sales Operations Specialist

About the role

Ingram Micro, a leading technology distributor serving the global IT sales channel, is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist in Tel Aviv. The role supports sales performance by keeping sales processes, reporting and operations running smoothly, working closely with sales, business and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales operations activities, including the customer sales order life cycle
• Manage and maintain inventory levels and liaise with the local warehouse
• Work with sales teams, management and internal stakeholders to deliver customer and business requirements on time
• Generate reports and analyse sales trends, pipeline activity and operational metrics to find improvement opportunities
• Support sales automation tools, forecasting and process improvements
• Contribute to continuous improvement by spotting process gaps and suggesting practical solutions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Sales Administration, Business Analysis, Reporting or a similar commercial environment
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, attention to detail and collaboration skills
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP or sales management platforms
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
