Safety Manager (EHS)

About the role

CBRE Israel is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives across its diverse portfolio of sites. Based at the Bnei Brak headquarters, you will travel frequently to support and monitor safety compliance at locations throughout Israel.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the appointed Safety Officer for all company sites.
• Provide guidance to site managers on safety, occupational health and environmental compliance.
• Conduct audits, inspections and safety observations.
• Supervise high‑risk activities such as electrical work, confined spaces, lockout/tagout, hot work and work at height.
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain safety management programs, procedures and work instructions.
• Deliver employee safety training and lead safety committees.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Travel regularly to sites across the Central and Sharon regions.

Required profile

• Valid certification as a Safety Officer.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Safety Officer role.
• Qualified to deliver safety training and prepare safety management programs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience supporting high‑risk operations.
• Strong understanding of statutory safety requirements and professional standards.
• Excellent communication and procedure‑writing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
