Recruitment & Employee Experience Manager – Fashion

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment & Employee Experience Manager to lead all hiring activities and shape the employee experience in a leading fashion company. This role combines end‑to‑end talent acquisition with the design and delivery of wellbeing and engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for corporate and retail functions, owning the full hiring cycle.
• Build and manage strategic talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, social media and sponsored campaigns.
• Partner with hiring managers to advise, challenge and refine candidate profiles for optimal fit.
• Track recruitment KPIs, produce reports and analyse data to improve hiring efficiency.
• Oversee the Employee Experience function, organising company events, wellbeing programmes, team‑building activities and holiday gifts.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on recruitment experience with a record of successful hires.
• Strong sourcing capabilities, especially for hard‑to‑reach candidates.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, business acumen and data‑driven mindset.
• Highly independent, organized and able to manage multiple processes without losing detail.
• Retail recruitment experience and experience leading employee experience initiatives are a plus.
