About the role
Nanomotion, a fast‑growing leader in precision motion solutions and part of Johnson Electric, is seeking an R&D Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead its Mechanical team in Yokneam.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Mechanical team in developing and supporting current and future Nanomotion products.
- Design precise motion systems within a multidisciplinary environment.
- Own product design from specification definition through transfer to production.
- Establish processes and procedures to ensure high‑quality, timely deliverables.
- Develop team expertise in core technology and foster agility.
- Identify market opportunities and internal improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Sales departments.
Required profile
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 2 years experience managing a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
- Fluent English.
