Publisher Account Manager

About the role

Digital Turbine is seeking a Publisher Account Manager to join its high‑performing EMEA team. You will be the primary relationship owner for strategic mobile app publishers across Russian‑speaking markets, helping them unlock the full value of Digital Turbine’s monetisation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for top strategic EMEA mobile app publishers, covering both Western and Eastern European clients.
• Own the full client lifecycle—from onboarding and integration to performance optimisation and retention.
• Provide strategic consultation and day‑to‑day support to maximise publisher revenue.
• Identify growth opportunities and lead upsell initiatives for Digital Turbine products and integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Product, Legal, Finance) on account setup, optimisation, QA and invoicing.
• Analyse account data, deliver actionable performance insights, and resolve technical or business challenges.
• Share trends, case studies and best practices across the organisation.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and Russian (fluent written and spoken).
• At least 2 years of experience in the ad‑tech industry, preferably in account management, client services or customer success.
• Strong understanding of mobile advertising ecosystems and a results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of mobile ad‑tech, including real‑time bidding (RTB), programmatic advertising, ad exchanges, demand‑side platforms (DSPs) and mediation platforms.
