Senior Customer Success Manager

About the role

A growing B2B tech company with a global customer base is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of strategic international accounts. You will manage the relationship end‑to‑end, from onboarding through renewal, retention, expansion and the associated revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of high‑value global accounts across their full lifecycle.
• Act as the customer’s strategic advisor, understand their business goals and help them achieve measurable growth.
• Lead commercial conversations, including renewals, upsells and cross‑sells.
• Monitor account health and mitigate retention risks before they materialise.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations and Sales, bringing the customer’s voice back into the organisation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, B2B.
• Experience with strategic or enterprise accounts serving global clients.
• Proven commercial ownership – renewals, upsell, cross‑sell.
• Comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders and managing complex relationships.
• Analytical mindset – able to turn data into decisions.
• Native‑level English, written and spoken.
• Background in AdTech, mobile or digital marketing – nice to have.
