About the role

Check Point is seeking motivated professionals to join a structured development program that prepares technical experts for customer‑facing consulting and delivery roles. Participants start in global technical support, receive extensive training, and transition to Professional Services to lead security implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain advanced cybersecurity solutions for customers across various industries.
• Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, and customer‑facing discussions, acting as the primary technical advisor.
• Collaborate with TAC, R&D, Product Management, Sales, and Project Management to ensure successful delivery of implementations, migrations, and optimization projects.
• Identify technical risks proactively and drive resolution plans while supporting complex technical investigations.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in networking, cyber security, IT infrastructure, or technical support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with confidence to engage directly with customers.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and the ability to drive tasks to completion independently.
• Calm and effective performance during critical incidents and high‑pressure situations.
