Production Service Systems Administrator

About the role

The Production Service Systems Administrator will manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure production environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability for critical business operations. This role combines deep technical knowledge of OCI with hands‑on administration and analysis to resolve complex production issues.

Key responsibilities

• Install, monitor, maintain, and optimize OCI hardware and software in a cleared environment.
• Provide escalated technical support, lead problem‑management cases, and coordinate internal and third‑party resources to resolution.
• Manage Oracle production servers, including OS and application upgrades, bug fixes, patching, and standardization projects.
• Participate in incident bridges and on‑call rotation to ensure continuous service uptime.

Required profile

• Israeli nationality with ability to obtain and maintain security clearance for public‑sector projects.
• Strong customer focus and passion for delivering high‑quality support.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and train others.

Required skills

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) administration.
• Linux system administration.
• Networking, storage, compute, and virtualization concepts.
• Security background or certifications with experience handling security findings.
