Production Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Production Associate to join our manufacturing floor. The role involves operating assembly stations, aligning and adjusting fabricated components, and ensuring every unit meets strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain workstations to assemble, align, and adjust parts according to specifications.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other assembly line equipment to build units efficiently.
• Test and calibrate components, verifying tolerances and product specifications.
• Repair or refit parts that fail testing or fall outside tolerance limits.
• Record daily production data and maintain accurate logs.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0‑1 year of general work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work under close supervision.
• Basic understanding of mechanical assembly and quality control.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Experience using power tools.
• Familiarity with manufacturing assembly line equipment.
• Basic testing and calibration techniques.
