Processing Technician - 2nd Shift

About the role
The Processing Technician works the 2nd shift to operate equipment that processes and sorts harvested cannabis flower. You will ensure a smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and follow strict health and safety policies in a fast‑paced production environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process harvest flower material manually and with trimming and sorting machines.
- Operate and maintain trimming and sorting equipment safely.
- Partner with the sorting team to maximize efficiency and ensure smooth product transitions.
- Grate, sort, weigh, and log processed material.
- Collect samples and perform quality tests.
- Clean and sanitize machines between runs and at shift end.
- Transport products safely from the workspace to storage areas.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to follow strict health, safety, and regulatory procedures.
- Reliability for a Tuesday‑Saturday schedule (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm).
