Hardware Analog Engineer

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Cardiovascular is looking for a Hardware Analog Engineer to join its Yokneam, Israel team. The role sits within R&D product development, electrical/mechatronic engineering, and focuses on designing, developing and testing analog circuits for Therapeutics Medical (EP) applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop analog circuits, including amplifiers, filters and power management systems.
• Create and maintain schematic diagrams and PCB layouts using industry-standard software (OrCAD, DxDesigner).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design requirements and project specifications.
• Run simulations and analyses to validate circuit performance and reliability (PSPICE, LTSPICE).
• Troubleshoot and resolve design issues during testing and production phases.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advances in analog circuit design.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in analog board design.
• Strong understanding of analog circuit theory and applications.
• Experience with high-performance analog design and PCB layout techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Advantages: digital architecture design ability, familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance, and prototype development and testing experience.
