Principal Product Manager - Network Security (Armis/Veza)

About the role

ServiceNow is hiring a Principal Product Manager for its Network Security portfolio (Armis/Veza) in Tel Aviv. The role defines the product vision and strategy for critical business pillars and acts as the main voice for complex enterprise customer needs and the competitive landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision, long-term strategy and multi-year roadmap for the most critical business pillars.
• Serve as the definitive market authority on enterprise customer needs, industry trends and competition.
• Drive cross-portfolio strategic initiatives and set high-level priorities aligned with company goals.
• Partner with engineering and R&D leadership to shape architectural direction and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor and executive sponsor for enterprise customers, CISOs and internal stakeholders, validating solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into a user-centric product strategy.
• Bridge R&D, Sales, Pre-sales, Customer Success and Marketing, and mentor other product managers.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, leading complex product lines.
• Strong technical background; R&D experience highly preferred.
• Recognized Subject Matter Expert in cybersecurity with deep knowledge of IP networks and large-scale enterprise network architectures.
• Experience building solutions for complex OT, healthcare and enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated success in designing and launching AI-driven capabilities or integrating AI into enterprise workflows.
• Fluent English with executive-level communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
