About the role
EY is hiring a payroll accountant in Tel Aviv. The role provides day-to-day support to employees on pay and benefits, and handles the onboarding of new employees and their pay components.
Key responsibilities
- Handle ongoing employee questions about pay and benefits
- Onboard new employees, process Form 101, handle pension fund and pension plan matters, and oversee attendance and leave interfaces and pay components
- Prepare payrolls and pay reports
Required profile
- Certified payroll accountant license (mandatory)
- 3-4 years of experience (mandatory)
- High self-learning ability, teamwork, strong service awareness, commitment, diligence, accuracy, reliability, absolute discretion, and willingness to take on extra tasks
Required skills
- Excel (mandatory)
- Experience with payroll software (advantageous)
- Knowledge of labor law, individual income tax, social insurance and pension funds (advantageous)
