Marketing and Digital Specialist

About the role

The Marketing and Digital Specialist will lead the execution of local marketing strategies and drive digital capabilities to boost customer engagement and business growth for DePuy Synthes in Israel. Reporting to the regional marketing team, the specialist translates regional plans into impactful local actions, covering content creation, digital campaigns, PR activities, product launches, and portfolio promotion.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of the local marketing strategy aligned with management priorities.
• Own and drive digital marketing initiatives, including campaigns, automation, and omnichannel engagement, while creating compelling content.
• Develop innovative digital marketing concepts that differentiate the brand from competitors.
• Adapt and localize global campaigns and content for the Israeli market.
• Partner closely with Sales to ensure marketing activities align with commercial priorities.
• Support product launches and customer‑engagement initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
