Product Manager – Uro‑Oncology Portfolio

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Inlexzo portfolio, a breakthrough innovation in uro‑oncology aimed at transforming bladder cancer treatment. You will shape product strategy, build relationships with key opinion leaders, and drive market adoption across Israel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement long‑term product strategies aligned with company goals.
• Craft competitive strategies for a dynamic, emerging uro‑oncology market.
• Engage deeply with the uro‑oncology community, maintaining strong KOL relationships.
• Lead cross‑functional tactical plans, including multi‑channel communication with customers.
• Collaborate with the Inlexzo core team, oncology business unit, and partner departments.
• Launch future indications and position them alongside existing products.
• Monitor product performance, market dynamics, competitive milestones, and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards.
