Senior Performance Manager – Data‑Driven Growth

About the role

Hunt is a performance‑first digital marketing agency that scales e‑commerce and performance‑centric brands. We are seeking a Senior Performance Manager to lead data‑driven growth, manage high‑budget multi‑platform campaigns and shape the future of digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, execution and optimisation of high‑budget campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Taboola and Outbrain.
• Build and scale complex campaign structures with a focus on ROI and KPI attainment.
• Design and implement advanced measurement frameworks (GA4, GTM, server‑side tracking, CAPI, custom attribution).
• Conduct deep data analysis to extract actionable insights and guide media strategy.
• Develop and test conversion funnels, run rigorous A/B tests and refine audiences.
• Integrate AI and LLM tools to enhance market research, predictive analysis and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative and client‑service teams and present performance insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on performance‑marketing experience across multiple paid media platforms.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale budgets and delivering measurable growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel, SQL‑like thinking and basic scripting abilities.
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
