Light Technician (M/W) – Resort Shows

About the role

As a Light Technician (M/W) you will bring the magic to Club Med resort events and shows. Working behind the scenes, you will install, program and operate lighting and LED equipment to create unforgettable moments for guests in spectacular venues.

Key responsibilities

• Install and wire lighting, LED walls and related equipment for resort shows and events.
• Operate and animate LED walls on stage during performances.
• Adjust spotlights, program lighting cues and test all systems under show conditions.
• Ensure all installations comply with Club Med health and safety regulations.
• Maintain equipment and support the backstage team during daily operations.

Required profile

• Rigorous and organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working behind the scenes while understanding the impact on the guest experience.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise in live‑event lighting.
