About the role

Join Club Med Resorts as a Wine Consultant and become the go‑to expert for guests seeking personalized wine and spirit experiences across our premium all‑inclusive venues.

Key responsibilities

Welcome, advise and serve guests with tailored wine and prestige spirit recommendations.
Sell wines à la carte, by the glass, and premium spirits in the resort’s bars and restaurants.
Manage inventory, replenishment and proper conservation of wines and spirits for 600‑1000 customers.
Train bar and restaurant teams on wine sales techniques and service standards.
Ensure compliance with Club Med health and safety rules while preserving the resort’s heritage.

Required profile

Sociable and able to build trust with customers.
Efficient with a strong sense of priorities to limit waiting times.
Attentive, delivering personalized service to each guest.
