About the role

As a Legal Counsel for Privacy at Check Point you will lead and implement a global privacy program that aligns with GDPR and other regulations. You will work across teams to champion industry‑leading data‑protection standards, build robust frameworks, and shape processes that reinforce the company’s commitment to security.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, execute and monitor the company’s global privacy programs and policies.
• Monitor and advise on applicable data‑protection laws and best practices, championing the highest industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed data‑privacy requirements into business operations.
• Manage private information and data mapping, ensuring policies align with GDPR and other relevant legislation.
• Develop and maintain an appropriate framework for managing privacy requirements.

Required profile

• Israeli‑certified lawyer with 5+ years of privacy experience, preferably in‑house at a publicly traded tech or cybersecurity company.
• Deep understanding of data‑privacy frameworks affecting public companies and cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to lead global privacy programs, projects and initiatives.
• Self‑starter capable of driving projects within the organization.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Excellent analytical, process‑oriented mindset and native‑level English proficiency.
