About the role
We are looking for a proactive Legal Counsel to join our Legal Advisory team. You will provide comprehensive legal guidance that supports the organization’s core mission and day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Offer legal advice across a wide range of operational activities.
- Draft, review, and issue legal opinions and documents.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations with external stakeholders.
- Support internal teams by identifying legal risks and proposing practical solutions.
Required profile
- Valid license to practice law in Israel.
- Minimum of 4 years post‑qualification legal experience.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
