Learning and Development Specialist – Digital Learning Solutions

About the role

The Learning and Development Specialist will join a security organization’s training team in the Jerusalem area. You will design and deliver digital learning solutions that support the organization’s operational and compliance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop digital learning solutions tailored to the security organization’s needs.
• Create and produce training materials, including e‑learning modules and job aids.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation and personalization.
• Work extensively with Articulate Storyline to build interactive courses.
• Manage development projects, coordinating with external vendors and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training design and implementation.
• Proven expertise in instructional development, covering both micro‑level and macro‑level analysis and design.
• Strong project‑management abilities, especially when interfacing with vendors and clients.
• Familiarity with the latest technological tools used in digital learning.

Required skills

• Hands‑on proficiency with Articulate Storyline.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
