Technology Recruiter – ICT & Defense Sector

About the role

Liacom Systems is seeking a Technology Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for a range of ICT positions, including critical roles for government and defense clients. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the right candidates are identified, engaged, and placed.

Key responsibilities

• Understand position requirements and eligibility criteria for technology roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook and other social platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and face‑to‑face interviews, and check references.
• Guide candidates through each stage of the process and ensure successful placement.
• Maintain accurate records in the HUNTER recruitment system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in technology recruitment.
• Hands‑on experience recruiting via social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Ability to work independently with clients and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
