HR Business Partner – Hardware

About the role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our Hardware teams at NVIDIA. In this role you will help shape a diverse, collaborative environment and ensure we attract and retain world‑class talent.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to support and implement HR strategies aligned with NVIDIA’s business goals.
• Implement HR initiatives such as talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement programs.
• Provide outstanding support to managers and employees, ensuring flawless execution of HR processes and policies.
• Partner with the global HR team to drive inclusion and foster an empowering work environment.
• Leverage HR analytics to identify workforce trends, proactively address challenges, and align talent strategies with business objectives.
• Manage employee relations issues confidentially, offering mentorship and solutions that adhere to company policies.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a high‑tech or global organization.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to persuade and collaborate across all levels.
• Solid understanding of Israeli labor laws and regulations.
• Proactive approach using AI tools to enhance HR practices and introduce innovative methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with a critical approach to data, turning insights into clear outcomes.
• Proficiency in English and Hebrew.
