Junior Quality Assurance Specialist, Nutrition Division

About the role

Abbott Nutrition is looking for a highly motivated Junior Quality Assurance Specialist in Tel Aviv. The role covers routine quality assurance tasks and the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System within the Israel affiliate.

Key responsibilities

• Register and manage customer and HCP complaints in the Trackwise system, meeting division timelines.
• Oversee batch release of Abbott Nutrition products in line with global and local policies and regulations.
• Review and manage invoice checks related to batch release activities.
• Support affiliate training management together with the QA Supervisor/Manager.
• Manage document control: initiate change requests, coordinate SME edits, route documents for approval and ensure timely completion and periodic reviews.
• Review supplier quality activities, including qualification, performance monitoring, audits and SCAR closures.
• Support inspection and audit readiness, prepare management review presentations, and contribute to on-market event/product action presentations.
• Monitor non-conformances, conduct root cause analysis and oversee CAPA implementation and effectiveness tracking.

Required profile

• Preferred: 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related role.
• Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent written and spoken Hebrew and English.
• Self-motivated, accurate, proactive and able to prioritize and work collaboratively across teams.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of quality systems and GxP standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
