IT Helpdesk Specialist

About the role

WSC Sports is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk specialist to support over 700 users in a fast‑paced environment. You will handle incoming technical requests, manage IT assets, and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to technical assistance requests via in‑person, ticket system, Slack or email.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows and macOS platforms.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot end‑user equipment, software and peripherals.
• Perform onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment setup and account provisioning.
• Provide guidance and follow‑up on employee tech questions.
• Log all interactions and administer the help‑desk software according to IT procedures.
• Set up and maintain IT multimedia systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Help Desk or IT Support specialist.
• High service awareness with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Capability to identify and prioritize tasks effectively.

Required skills

• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer).
• Proficiency in modern workplace tools: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Understanding of identity provider administration (Entra ID) and access‑control concepts such as SSO and GPO.
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management platforms (Intune, Iru, Apple Business Manager).
• Experience managing software licenses and inventory platforms (JetBrains, Adobe, Figma, Zoom, AI tools, VPN).
• Knowledge of hardware components (desktops, laptops) and basic networking.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
