Senior IT System Administrator (Hybrid Infrastructure)

About the role

A leading global organization is looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator to own and operate its critical IT infrastructure in a modern hybrid environment. The role ensures high availability, performance, and resilience while collaborating with global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization’s end‑to‑end IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualization platforms, cloud and SaaS services.
• Implement and sustain networking, storage, backup, monitoring, cybersecurity, and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Lead infrastructure transformation projects from planning through execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues at an expert level.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technology solutions.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, regulatory, and business‑continuity requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator in a global organization.
• Proven experience working in hybrid environments that combine on‑premises and cloud infrastructures.
• Strong background in servers, virtualization, networking, storage, backup, and information security.
• Excellent English communication skills and experience collaborating with global teams.
