IT FP&A Analyst – Finance Planning & AI Innovation

About the role

We are seeking an IT FP&A Analyst to join our Finance IT team. You will own the full planning cycle, bridge Finance and IT, and drive AI‑powered automation to streamline financial decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Own Workday Adaptive Planning – model structure, data loaders, dimensions, and user access.
• Drive the end‑to‑end FP&A cycle including budgeting, forecasting, headcount, sales incentive and cost‑of‑work models.
• Validate data accuracy across Record‑to‑Report and FP&A processes and support month/quarter‑end close.
• Maintain data flows between source systems, Workday Financials, and planning/BI tools.
• Build and maintain Power BI financial dashboards for Corporate Services.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives to reduce manual effort, improve forecast accuracy, and accelerate reporting.
• Pilot AI tools, lead system enhancements, and partner with stakeholders on new entity rollouts.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis or Finance/Accounting with strong systems involvement.
• Deep knowledge of R2R and FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, period close).
• Hands‑on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (or Anaplan/Planful).
• Proven track record of driving automation or process improvement in finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
