International Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced International Business Development Specialist to drive the growth of our advanced breaching solutions in global markets. The role combines sales, partner management, and hands‑on training for tactical operators worldwide. You will work closely with the VP of Business Development and travel frequently to meet clients and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with global clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Conduct specialized breaching training sessions for overseas customers.
• Analyse market trends and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies.
• Negotiate contracts with international clients and partners.
• Support marketing initiatives, including presentations and social‑media activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a tactical operator, preferably with command or instructional background; breacher experience is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in international business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in defence, law‑enforcement, or security sectors.
• Native or near‑native fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally more than 12 times per year.
