About the role

Natural Intelligence, a global performance‑marketing leader, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to partner with senior leadership and shape the future people strategy. This high‑impact role blends business acumen, organizational design, and hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into comprehensive people strategies in partnership with senior leaders.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and talent‑strategy discussions.
• Coach managers and senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, team health, and performance as the company moves into the Agentic Era.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, retention, and overall employee experience initiatives.
• Support performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies for critical leadership roles.
• Use HR data, insights, and metrics to inform decisions and identify opportunities.
• Manage employee‑relations matters with sound judgment and deep knowledge of Israeli labor law.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and global HR teams on compensation, compliance, and people programs.
• Identify and implement AI‑enabled solutions and automation to improve HR processes.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HRBP or HR Director roles.
• Strong background in high‑tech, product, or technology organizations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted business partner.
• Deep experience in organizational design, change management, and leadership coaching.
• Expert knowledge of Israeli labor law and a collaborative, team‑player mindset.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn people data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Proactive, high‑ownership approach with strong interest in AI and modern HR operating models.
