About the role

Camtek is seeking a proactive Human Resources Business Partner to join its HR team. In this hands‑on position you will support managers and employees across the organization, ensuring smooth HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle in a high‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support to employees and managers, addressing queries and guiding them through policies.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance processes, employee experience initiatives, and off‑boarding.
• Handle employee‑relations matters and advise on HR policies and procedures.
• Promote employee wellbeing, engagement activities, and coordinate company events.
• Collaborate with recruitment and other HR colleagues to ensure seamless HR operations.
• Identify organisational needs and deliver practical HR solutions.

Required profile

• Approachable, people‑oriented and responsive.
• Hands‑on with strong operational execution abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high‑technology environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms.
