Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

KLA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full‑lifecycle recruitment for a range of positions, from individual contributors to senior managers. You will act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and ensure a seamless, positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that promote KLA’s employer brand and support diversity hiring goals.
• Build and maintain a high‑quality talent pipeline using innovative sourcing techniques.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, executive leadership, HR Business Partners, and the broader recruiting team to align hiring plans with business objectives.
