About the role

We are seeking a highly organized HR Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day HR workflows across our multi‑site luxury retail brand. The role combines process management, employee lifecycle oversight, compliance monitoring, and global travel logistics.

Key responsibilities

Manage and synchronize daily HR processes for Israel and international branches, collaborating with local HR teams, legal advisors, and vendors.
Own onboarding and offboarding, track attendance, leaves, sick days, and coordinate company welfare activities.
Monitor and audit HR processes to ensure uniformity, organization, and compliance with local regulations in each country.
Handle corporate travel logistics, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, airline accounts, and real‑time support for modifications or cancellations.

Required profile

Minimum 4 years of proven HR Operations experience in a global environment.
High proficiency with HiBob for process building and data management (significant advantage).
Fluent in Hebrew and English at a professional written and verbal level.
