HR Manager – 7‑Month Maternity Leave Cover

About the role

Kaltura is seeking a proactive HR Manager to cover a 7‑month maternity leave. You will join the Global HR team, supporting employees and managers across a fast‑growing international tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Manage onboarding, off‑boarding, leave administration, internal mobility and employee data updates.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and generate compliance reports.
• Coordinate global HR programs and annual people processes.
• Assist with HR communications, documentation, workflow management and record keeping.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong people focus with the ability to build relationships across the organization.
• Experience supporting a global, multi‑location workforce.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
