GTM Engineer

About the role

Oak is building an AI‑native Identity Operating System and needs a GTM Automation Engineer to design and own the systems, automations, and AI‑driven tools that power Sales and Marketing prospecting, qualification, conversion and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Build internal tools that help Sales and Marketing work smarter and faster.
• Design and automate GTM workflows across prospecting, qualification, pipeline management, and customer engagement.
• Analyze the revenue funnel, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve conversion and execution.
• Create dashboards and analytics that give the team clear visibility into performance.
• Develop playbooks, AI agents, automations, and self‑service tools that eliminate repetitive work.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to solve business challenges with technology.

Required profile

• Proven experience building in GTM, RevOps, or a technical marketing, sales, or ops role in B2B SaaS.
• Enjoy building things from scratch and iterating over time.
• Hands‑on experience creating AI‑based and automation solutions for complex problems.
• Comfortable experimenting with new AI tools and technologies.
• Understanding of modern sales organizations and how technology can improve them.
• Ability to work with APIs and connect different systems.
