Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Duve is looking for a strategic, operations‑focused Growth Marketing Manager to lead the design and execution of its demand‑generation engine. You will shape the end‑to‑end pipeline process, from defining the ideal customer profile to measuring conversion performance across paid, organic and website channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define ICP, buyer segments, lead scoring models and handoff processes between Marketing and Sales.
• Own marketing operations and lifecycle automation in HubSpot, Salesforce and Clay.
• Set strategy, budget and KPIs for agency‑managed paid media, SEO and GEO campaigns.
• Lead website conversion optimisation, including landing‑page creation, A/B testing and CRO initiatives.
• Build dashboards and attribution models to track pipeline impact and ROI.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation, growth marketing or marketing operations experience.
• Proven ability to work with multi‑stakeholder buying cycles.
• Strong independent analytics mindset and ability to create custom reporting.
• Comfortable managing agencies and outsourced resources while holding them accountable to pipeline targets.
