Head of Marketing – Real Estate (Secondary)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on, performance‑oriented, and strategic Head of Marketing to lead all marketing activities within Yad2’s Secondary Real Estate vertical. This role requires a high‑energy "doer" who thinks outside the box, thrives on business goals, and pushes projects forward to get results.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the end‑to‑end marketing strategy across B2C, B2B, and C2C channels, aligning activities with growth targets and KPIs.
• Manage, optimize, and allocate large‑scale marketing budgets across channels to maximize ROI.
• Ensure full synchronization with Marketing Shared Services to create a unified marketing language.
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams to build high‑quality lead funnels and support revenue growth.
• Deep‑dive into user funnels, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve conversion rates.
• Partner with Product, R&D, and Data teams to turn marketing ideas into live products and features.
• Use data and analytics tools to monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and uncover new acquisition opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in senior marketing roles within fast‑paced environments.
• At least 2 years of proven experience managing a team or leading marketers directly.
• Strong B2B marketing background with a track record of generating high‑quality business leads.
• Experience managing large‑scale, high‑volume marketing budgets.
