Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

The Rapaport Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to support its international network of diamond and jewelry market services. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will lead both digital and offline marketing initiatives, collaborating across offices in Ramat Gan and Jerusalem.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the CMO in shaping and executing the overall marketing strategy and plans.
• Manage day‑to‑day marketing tasks, projects, and the production of promotional materials.
• Create and run HubSpot email campaigns, workflows, landing pages, and content.
• Oversee digital advertising, social media, inbound marketing, and trade‑show/event coordination.
• Conduct market research and provide conversion‑optimization reporting.

Required profile

• Native‑level English with 7+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• Academic degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
• Proven ability to generate leads through organic, inbound and digital channels.
• Strong analytical, strategic and creative thinking skills.
