Global Benefits Manager

About the role

Check Point is looking for a Global Benefits Manager to lead the design, implementation and governance of its worldwide benefits portfolio. This senior HR role will shape the employee experience across health, retirement, leave, wellbeing and other total‑reward programs while ensuring compliance and cost‑effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global benefits strategy, governance model and roadmap.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive benefits inventory covering offerings, statutory requirements, vendors, costs and eligibility.
• Lead market benchmarking and analysis to assess competitiveness and recommend improvements.
• Design, harmonise and optimise benefits programs across health, retirement, leave, wellbeing, family, insurance and lifestyle.
• Manage relationships with brokers, insurers, consultants and providers, including renewals, RFPs and negotiations.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, Purchasing, HRIS and local teams to ensure benefits are compliant, scalable and well executed.
• Strengthen benefits governance, documentation, audit readiness and regulatory tracking.
• Improve benefits communications, self‑service tools and HR enablement.
• Leverage data and AI tools to increase visibility, generate insights and reduce manual work.
• Prepare executive recommendations, dashboards and business cases.

Required profile

• Significant experience in global total‑rewards or benefits management.
• Proven track record of designing and scaling benefits programs across multiple countries.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of statutory benefits requirements and compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management with HR, Finance, Legal and Payroll partners.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive decisions.
