About the role
Finance & Compliance Managers oversee financial operations and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor budgets and accounting: manage budgets for research programs, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports.
- Develop compliance strategies: create programs based on relevant laws to ensure adherence.
- Educate teams: train team members about rules and ethical practices.
- Mitigate risks: identify risks and develop plans to address ethical and compliance issues.
Required profile
- Degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
- Knowledge of nonprofit finance and regulatory requirements.
