Field Sales Representative – Electronics Distribution

About the role

We are looking for dynamic Field Sales Representatives to expand Powell Electronics’ presence in Poland, the Czech Republic and Romania. You will act as the primary contact for customers, promoting our portfolio of connectors, switches, sensors and other electro‑mechanical products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Grow existing customer accounts by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Promote and sell Powell Electronics’ franchised product portfolio.
• Achieve sales targets and report progress regularly.
• Travel across the territory to meet customers and attend industry events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in electronic components distribution.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Technical aptitude in engineering or electronics (preferred).
• Fluent in English and the local language of the territory.
• Self‑motivated, willing to travel and meet customer needs promptly.

Required skills

• SAP (experience preferred).
• Salesforce (experience preferred).
• Microsoft Office suite.
