End User Support Coordinator – IT Level 1/2

About the role

The End User Support Coordinator provides Level 1 and Level 2 IT assistance to the Haifa site, ensuring compliance and smooth operation of hardware, software, and peripheral devices. The role includes after‑hours on‑call support and collaboration with regional managers and R&D teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve tickets in the Helpdesk system, delivering timely phone, desk‑side, or remote support.
• Install, image, and troubleshoot PC hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices.
• Provide basic training for new hires on PCs, phones, mobile access, and applications.
• Manage multifunctional and label printers, as well as HMI/SCADA/IO systems for manufacturing and labs.
• Administer Windows Intune, SCCM/SCEP, and Teams Voice for endpoint management.
• Maintain Windows Active Directory objects and support MFA validation activities.
• Apply corporate workstation images, re‑image PCs without data loss, and ensure SOX compliance documentation.
• Assist with data‑center environmental controls, power, and cabling as needed.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of Level 1/2 service‑desk experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong documentation habits and ability to work independently in a regulated medical‑devices setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and solid troubleshooting abilities.
