Employee Experience Partner – HR Well‑Being Lead

About the role

Paragon is seeking an Employee Experience Partner to join its HR team in Tel Aviv. You will champion employee well‑being, shape culture initiatives, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement programs that enhance employee experience at strategic and operational levels.
• Develop creative solutions for onboarding, recognition, team‑building, celebrations, volunteer activities, and other lifecycle events.
• Partner with managers, HR Business Partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to align initiatives with business processes.
• Manage vendor relationships, timelines, branding, and logistics for experience programs.
• Collect feedback and data to continuously improve program effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an employee experience manager in a high‑tech environment.
• Proven ability to handle priorities in a fast‑paced, results‑driven setting.
• Strong creative mindset with a can‑do attitude from concept to execution.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to perform well under pressure.
