Deskside Support Engineer (L2) – Onsite IT Support

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Deskside Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and end‑user assistance in a fast‑paced enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite/deskside support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10, macOS, O365, Outlook, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and business applications.
• Perform break‑fix activities, device imaging, software installations, and hardware replacements.
• Support Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange mailboxes, and distribution lists.
• Manage hardware inventory, asset tracking, and CMDB/AMDB updates.
• Provide smart‑hands support for infrastructure and network‑related issues.
• Coordinate with OEM vendors for hardware repairs and warranty support.
• Create technical documentation, knowledge‑base articles, and maintain process adherence.
• Ensure SLA compliance and follow ITIL processes for incidents, changes, and service requests.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in deskside/on‑site IT support.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
