Senior IT Support Engineer

About the role

IBI, a leading Israeli investment house, is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to provide advanced end‑user support in a Windows enterprise environment. The role involves managing Microsoft 365 services, Azure, and endpoint management tools while collaborating closely with the Information Security team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced support to end users across Windows 10/11, macOS and mobile devices.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint), Azure, Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Deploy and administer Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot and endpoint security solutions (ESET, SentinelOne, Netskope, Forcepoint).
• Support IGEL workstations, Linux environments and Nutanix virtualization, including BigFix patch management.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, set up new employee workstations and document procedures.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects and work closely with senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of enterprise IT support experience for several hundred users.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Proven experience supporting Windows 10/11 Enterprise environments.
• Experience with endpoint management and security solutions.
• Familiarity with BigFix, IGEL/Linux and virtualization platforms.
• Strong technical English proficiency.
